Margaret Cannella is Managing Director and Global Head of Credit Research and U.S. Corporate Strategy at JPMorgan. Margaret is a winner of Institutional Investor's Fixed Income All America Team award thirteen consecutive years running in both retailing and consumer products.

Western Asset Management Company

S. Kenneth Leech is the Chief Investment Officer of Western Asset Management Company, an institutional fixed-income manager and a wholly owned subsidiary of Legg Mason, Inc., based in Pasadena, California. Western Asset has $605 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2007.

Ken and Western Asset were named Morningstar’s Fixed Income Manager of the Year in 2004, the runner-up in 2003 and in 2006 one of four finalists. He is a former member of the Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee.

Professor
Harvard Business School

Robert C. Merton is currently the John and Natty McArthur University Professor at the Harvard Business School. Prior to joining the faculty of Harvard in 1988, he served on the finance faculty of MIT's Sloan School of Management for eighteen years. He currently serves as Chief Science Officer of Trinsum Group, an advisory firm which provides strategic consulting, corporate finance investment banking advice, asset management, and pension solution systems. He is a past President of the American Finance Association and a member of the National Academy of Sciences. Professor Merton received the 1997 Alfred Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences (with Myron Scholes) for a new method to determine the value of derivatives.
