Vartan Pogharian joined Victory Park Capital Advisors, LLC in 2017 and is a Principal in New York. He is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing and managing VPCs private debt and equity investments across multiple industries, including specialty finance.

Previously, Mr. Pogharian was a vice president in Strategy & Corporate Development at Springleaf/OneMain Financial (NYSE:OMF), a market-leading, non-prime consumer lender. His prior experience includes working in the private equity group of HBK Capital Management, a multi-strategy investment firm, where he focused on leveraged buyouts. He was also an investment professional at G3 Capital, an alternative asset manager focused on public equities. Mr. Pogharian started his career at J.P. Morgan in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Pogharian received a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He is a CFA charterholder.
