Henry leads an effort focused on developments in the environmental, social and governance (ESG) sphere within Moodys Investors.

With Moodys since 1992, Henry has played leading roles during his tenure in the development of the Managed Investments Group with the launch of money market and bond fund risk ratings in the US and Europe.  He was also involved in writing research, conducting analysis and assigning ratings to money market and bond mutual funds, various other pooled investment vehicles, pension funds, debt and debt like instruments issued by closed-end funds as well as asset management companies. 

Henry is the author of The International Guide to Securities Market Indices which was published in 1996 by International Publishing Corp., Chicago, Illinois.  He is a contributor to Money Market Funds in the EU and the US, published in 2014 by Oxford University Press.

He earned a B.A. in economics from Lehman College, City University of New York in 1971.
