Scheduled to coincide with Earth Day 2021, FIASI will host a virtual 2-day ESG & Fixed Income event: Shining a Light on Transparency.
At that time, panel discussions and presentations over the span of the two days will pull the curtain and shine a light on a number of topics that are on the minds of sustainable fixed income investors and asset owners, in particular.
These include:
- How ESG risks and opportunities are affecting bond yields and corporate credit spreads.
- Green bonds recent research findings and current landscape, including discussion of issues such as "what is green," standards, risks of green washing and additionality, to mention just a few.
- The construction of sustainable fixed income indices.
- How are ESG risks and opportunities accounted for in commercial mortgage- backed (CMBS) securities.
