Mike Kramer currently serves as founding partner at Ducera Partners LLC, a firm he established in 2015. Previously he served as partner at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he headed the restructuring practice, the U.S. technology/media and telecom practice, and the power practice. Prior to that, Kramer was partner at Greenhill, where he was a member of its Management Committee and global head of its restructuring practice. Before Greenhill, Kramer was a managing director at Houlihan Lokey. He was also a member of that organizations Board of Directors, served as co-head of its global restructuring practice, and held various other senior positions.
