Meena Pursnani, is a Director in charge of Global Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities Credit within the Structured Finance Unit in the Investments Department at MetLife.

As the Team Leader for Global CMBS Credit, Meena is responsible for a $12 billion portfolio of CMBS securities. Meena joined MetLife in 2014 with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate debt and CMBS of which 10 years was on the buy-side.

Prior to joining MetLife, Meena was with Capital Research and Management Company for five years where her research and portfolio management responsibilities included CMBS and European Covered Bonds. Prior thereto, she was with Deutsche Bank Asset Management for five years where she was a Managing Director / Head of Structured Research and senior CMBS analyst. From 1997 to 2002 she was a Vice President/Senior Analyst in Moodys CMBS group and prior to that a commercial real estate banker at UBS and BNY Mellon.

Meena earned a BA in Biochemistry from Rutgers University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon Universitys Tepper School of Business.
