Darlene has over 20 years of experience across the capital market spectrum. She co-founded CharlesChase Group in 2009. Darlene was previously a Partner at Rhodes Associates and co-headed the Global Banking and Markets Practice. Prior to joining Rhodes Associates, Darlene was a Director at the Whitney Group. She has extensive experience across global markets, alternative investments and risk management, with a focus on credit products. Her clients are global financial institutions, including commercial and investment banks, hedge funds, private equity, and asset management firms. Prior to her career in executive search, Darlene held positions as a fixed income trader at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Smith Barney and Dean Witter. Darlene holds a B.S. in Biology from Syracuse University.
