Mr. Sekera has 20 years of experience as a research analyst generating buy/sell and long/short investment recommendations across a wide range of investment grade and high yield issuers, convertible bonds and bank loans. Prior to joining Morningstar, Mr. Sekera was a senior research analyst with an alternative asset management fund and was a Director of Portfolio Management Research at Banc One Capital Markets. Mr. Sekera earned his bachelor's degree in finance and decision sciences from Miami University and has been a CFA charterholder since 1996.
